The brief
Overview
Blackwoods, Australia's giant supplier of industrial and safety products, came to us to launch the wet weather range of its Workhorse workwear line.
A product launch for this audience lives or dies on credibility. The people who buy wet weather gear buy it to survive a real shift in real conditions, so a slick ad that felt staged would have been scrolled straight past. The hero video had to prove the range, not just present it.
The approach
Our approach
We ran our full production process: researching the market, understanding the audience, and landing on an execution that matched Workhorse's brand values and would actually resonate with the people wearing the gear.
The build centred on a hero video that captured what Workhorse stands for, quality and durability shown rather than claimed. Editing, motion graphics and colour grading were all done in-house at Ivory, which kept the look tight and the turnaround under our own control.

The result
The outcome
The launch video has gone on to reach 291,000 views on YouTube, real reach from exactly the kind of practical, hard-to-impress audience Blackwoods sells to.
It sits alongside the stretch range launch we made for the same line, and together the two campaigns crossed 500,000 views with a measurable lift in direct sales behind them.
