Approach
To bring Blackwoods’ employee stories to life, we began by pre-interviewing a selection of talented individuals across the organisation. This allowed us to understand their unique perspectives and experiences working at Blackwoods.
We deployed our seasoned production crew across two states to capture authentic interviews and compelling b-roll footage at various Blackwoods locations. Our team immersed themselves in the day-to-day operations, working closely with employees to document their stories in a genuine and relatable way.
In the edit suite, we carefully wove together the diverse narratives into a cohesive video that highlighted the common themes of camaraderie, job satisfaction, and pride in the Blackwoods brand.
Outcome
The video launch and broader branding efforts led to over 1,000 new company followers, directly demonstrating the impact of the video content in driving audience growth.
There was a demonstrated improvement in the performance of Blackwoods’ job advertising campaigns, with a 22% increase in ads rated as “High” performing. Additionally, Blackwoods experienced a 35% decrease in average time-to-fill for new hires.
This significant improvement highlights Ivory Media’s success in positively impacting the client’s talent acquisition through compelling video content.
